Bring your expertise.
Build a factory-wide opportunity.

Help manufacturers put more inspections into production. Explore how United Vision can open a wider opportunity for your implementation services, camera and edge solutions, or cloud business.

Let's explore a partnership

A preview of the opportunity

Start with one inspection.
Plan for the wider customer relationship.

Implementation partners

Turn the first project into a repeatable deployment program.

Bring your engineering expertise to the first inspection, then explore implementation and support across the customer's factories.

  • Factory-wide deliveryAssess the backlog, design imaging, integrate line workflows, validate and commission inspections.
  • Multi-factory rolloutReuse suitable delivery methods, qualify each site's conditions and coordinate local deployment.
  • An ongoing support roleEnable plant teams, scope integration maintenance and agree regional support responsibilities.

For your customerA repeatable delivery approach, with specialist engineering where it matters and routine model work in the plant team's hands.

Hardware partners

Make the inspection backlog a hardware growth opportunity.

Help customers evaluate broader camera and edge deployments without another United Vision software purchase for every use case.

  • Revisit stalled inspectionsReview opportunities held back by total project cost, not just the price of the camera.
  • Expand within the factoryMap qualified cameras, lighting and edge capacity to additional inspection stations.
  • Extend across facilitiesCarry suitable configurations into other factories, adapting equipment and capacity to each site.

For your customerMore inspections share one factory software license, with hardware selected and qualified for the actual production need.

Cloud partners

Build opportunity around customer-owned inspection intelligence.

Training and retained inspection evidence create cloud workloads and potential solution opportunities as manufacturers expand inspection.

  • Training and retrainingSupport customer-specific model work in the supported cloud account the customer chooses and owns.
  • Evidence managementOrganize selected datasets, model versions and inspection records under customer-governed retention and access.
  • Wider customer solutionsExplore scoped audit, quality, analytics and data applications using authorized evidence across factories.

For your customerCloud-based training with control of their data and AI models. Production inference always stays on the factory edge.

Discuss cloud opportunities

One recurring software license per factory, with unlimited use cases within that licensed factory. Hardware, cloud consumption, implementation, integration and support are scoped separately. Compatibility, local deployment and service coverage require qualification.

From implementation to ongoing engagement

Build a lasting role on the plant floor.

Your opportunity extends beyond commissioning. Help customers implement new use cases, manage devices and their cloud environment, and keep inspections working as production evolves.

Plan your customer engagement
Implement the next use case.
Prioritize the inspection backlog with operations, qualify imaging, integrate line responses, and validate and commission each new inspection.
Manage cameras and edge devices.
Help configure and maintain customer-owned equipment, troubleshoot capture quality, and plan edge capacity as inspections expand. Production inference stays at the edge.
Manage the customer's cloud environment.
Support training resources, access, retention and cloud operations in the supported account the customer owns, under agreed IT policies and responsibilities.
Keep inspections production-ready.
Help teams investigate changing results, update models with new production examples, revalidate performance and coordinate controlled releases.
Support the people on the line.
Enable quality and operations teams to use the no-code workflow. Provide troubleshooting, escalation and ongoing support tailored to the customer's needs.
Take the approach to more factories.
Reuse proven delivery methods, qualify each site's conditions and coordinate local rollout and support across the customer's manufacturing footprint.

One factory license. More opportunities for your expertise. Additional use cases share the factory's United Vision software license. Shape implementation and ongoing services around the customer's needs, with scope, access and service commitments agreed together.

Partnership questions

A clearer starting point.

What kinds of partners should explore United Vision?

United Vision welcomes discussions with implementation partners, hardware partners and cloud partners serving manufacturers. Implementation partners bring imaging, integration, validation, rollout or support expertise. Hardware partners bring qualified camera and edge solutions. Cloud partners bring customer-owned cloud environments, training and evidence-management expertise, or complementary data applications. The first conversation establishes customer fit, capabilities and responsibilities.

How do engineering teams work with operations teams using United Vision?

Operations and quality teams define inspection priorities, acceptable results and the response needed on the line. Engineering teams qualify imaging, cameras, edge devices and line integrations, while IT governs the customer-owned cloud environment and access. Together they train and validate models, agree acceptance criteria and coordinate releases using United Vision's no-code workflow. Implementation partners can help connect these teams, commission inspections, manage devices and cloud operations, support model updates and deliver wider rollouts under an agreed service scope.

How does one factory, one price support the partner opportunity?

Each licensed factory has one recurring United Vision software license covering unlimited use cases within that factory. Adding an inspection does not require another United Vision software purchase for that use case. That changes one part of the expansion business case; cameras, edge capacity, cloud consumption, integration, implementation and support remain separately scoped. Each additional factory needs its own license and deployment. Partner revenue, discounts and service commitments are agreed separately, not guaranteed by this page.

Where do training, production inference and customer data reside?

Training and retraining run in a supported cloud account chosen and owned by the customer. Production inference always runs on supported factory-owned edge devices. The customer owns its images, trained models and customer-specific inspection IP; United Vision retains its platform software. Selection, retention, access and integrations for inspection evidence are customer-governed and scoped. A partnership does not automatically grant access to customer data.
